Oadband is not working properly

Sir I have contacted my local area bsnl exchange several times regarding my problem still no resolution. My broadband is not working from 10-15 days. I even launch complain in bsnl customer care portal at "http://portal.bsnl.in/bsnlcca". still they are not serious about my complaints
