Broadband Connectivity problem for the past two weeks

Dear Sir,

My name is Balaji from Trichirapalli, Tamilnadu, Working as a software engineer in a software company. I’ am residing in Kattur area in trichy. I am using BSNL broadband connection.

I had problem with the connection before 10 days and have complaint about the problem to BSNL office. Till today the problem is not solved. The people in charge said that it is due to the laying roads and they gave assurance that the problem will be solved soon.

Please provide us with urgent solution for the problem.
