Sir, Bsnl gave me free caller tune in Durgapuja. On 6/11 a message came"Dear Subscriber, your free BSNl tunes will expire totmorrow, please call 56700 if you wish to set another tone as your PRBT" It means if i am not want to continue i will not call.
But on 07/11/08 Rs.15/= deducted from my Accounts, when i ask customer care, they said u will not read the full message.but i have the only message that i had written above.
It means BSNL forcely deduct Rs.15/= from me.
Please back my Rs.15/= for the forcefully deduction.
