Unable to see the actual usage

Frequently the site changes it's route and unable to connect to the server . most of the time the server is unable to connect . because of this menance, i am not in a position to see my actual usage of broad band and charged through my nose, if i cross my 2.5GB limit, for each MB 0-80ps.
