Validity not increased

Dear sir

i had an old old anant prepaid connection no 9435658522 which was converted to saral anant by bsnl. On 28-11-08 i took topup of rs 112 as it was my last day of validity. After this my balance is shown as rs207 (100 107 left from earlier recharge) and validity was not increased. Now my outgoin call is disconnected from 29-11-08. Please increase my validity to three months i.e. 28-02-09.
