Connection & Broad Band Cut (Band hai)

My Telephone No. 01473-264101 and I connected in this line broad band but I am not use broadband because this connection is not startated. My User Name bsdmp264101 and Passport is passport but any time errer and not started. jab se broad band connection liya hai tab ke main use nahi kar saka hu. Abhai Connetion Bilkul Band Pada hai. Mera Ruppes Phaltu lag rahe hai.
