Phone (040 23040467) is not working

Hi,

My landline no (040 - 23040467) is not working since almost 2 weeks, i have given complaint earlier also (2 weeks back), but still not resolved.

Request you to resolve this issue ASAP.

In fact this is the third time since last 4 months (shifted to new house and transferred the earlier no), for most of the time it was not working. Off late we are thinking like paying rental un necessarily, as most of times it is not working.

Request once again to resolve this ASAP.
