BSNL- Delay in shifting

I have requested for shifting my telephone from Brookefields to Kasavanahalli on 18/11. Its been more than one and a half month now and Ihave not yet got the phone shifted. As per the commercial office in Koramangala the new Phone # (080-25834025) has been alloted on Nov 27th itself.

I never find any official in the Kasavanahalli office. When ever I find someone I get a standard answer that my connection wil be set in another one to two hours.

Mohan (AE) had promised me couple of times that the phone conection wil be restored in 2 hours. I do not understand by how long is the 2 hours gonna be now.

I do not understand if they are delaying this for bribe?

I request the concerned people in BSNL to look into this issue at the earliest.
