I am have been a broadband user of BSNL. Frequently, my landline phone goes dead and my phone is linked with Ukkadam Exchange and they are the worst people who do not care about their customers. Whenever I complain the exchange about my phone fault, they would take minimum a week giving answers like, lineman is in hospital, lineman is in townhall, everyone is on leave, etc. Once, a lineman who does not belong to my area, came voluntarily to help and set the problem right. If there would have been a private service in my area, I would have taken it rather than taking BSNL. Unfortunately, no private is here. This time, it has been 4 days and I do not know how long will it take to get my phone and broadband set right.
