Sir,
I took broadband connection (Home UL 750plus) 6 months before, till today I am facing so much of problem regarding the connection. Many times i pay to the line person (with his demand) as service charge Rs.50/-. But still I have problem in my connection, the ADSL link goes off and always blinking throughout night (Time: 6pm to 7am, nearly 13 hours per day). I booked a complaint on last friday dated 16.01.2009 over phone (1500) and my complaint number is 622655, still pending stage, nobody in the head office solve my problem. I paid the bill regularly as per the due dated. Kindly help me and solve this problem as soon as possible.
