About four – five months back, I had applied for Broad-Band connection at above address and telephone no 0120-2884485.. BSNL's representative visited my house for Broad-Band connection but could not do the needful because telephone was out of order. After a number of reminders and complaint, he once gain visited on 2nd Feb 2009, but by this time user name & password became de-active.
In the meantime, I have been paying the Broadband charges though; I am yet to be provided this facility.
BSNL is requested to kindly issue necessary order for (i) arranging broad band connection without any further delay (ii) adjustment of bills i.e. charges paid for broad band connection should be adjusted against future bills.
