I was wrongly billed for the broadband usage on 03862- 232232. I had submitted complaint letters for rectification so that I can pay the actual usage available in the dataone.in. I was told that billing is to be rectified from Pune. Then, what is the duration required to rectify a single bill. Months has passed. No improvement.
