my complaint is that i recharged my phone connection of bsnl with a message card on 31st dec to get my message free. but my service of message sending was stopped, when i tried to send message to any No. either local or std it replied me retried . i talked to my customer care executive he told me that my complain is filed given me a complain no and said me to wait for 24 hours but my complaint was not resolved i continued to remind them continously but no benefit was made to me and in the process i had a talk with 20 cucstomer care executives and they kept tolerating me i was just left un redressed but after few days my message card worked only for few numbers and not for std messages, so my whole message card which was to be used in the full month was used only in the last days of january but but even my balance was deducted @ 0.80 paise per sms which was completely incorrect. i again complained for that but when my balance became 0.00 it started working free.
further i recharged my message card again but still i faced the same problem my messages for std numbers were not sending by bsnl and i the process of balance deduction occurs at any time even in this march that is on 15 or 16 my 0.60 paise was deducted of no reason, i even asked it from senior customer care executive vivek and he replied that i will be answered in 24 hrs but till now no answer is there.
from jan till now i have lost about 50 rs and my investment for rs 250 gone waste as i was not able to took the facility of message card.
sir this is my kind request to you to plz solve my matter because each and every paise is important for me
