I have already registered a complaint but i am unable to get any assistance by bsnl department in order to get the plan of Rs 250 per month for internet in wll phone and there is no support as they are themselves ignorant about the plan. I have many a times called to 1500 and they are also unable to support me.now i have got the instrument which supports internet but i am unable to get the plan activated on my phone.
kindly look in to the matter as the problem is just because of some of the employees as they dont want to take the initiatives.
