My BSNL home phone 080-26721206 (Hosakerehalli Exchange) is not working from past 1 week. Sometimes its dead sometimes an annoying sound is coming. I logged online complaint from office 3 days back. The status says 'in-progress' always. I have neither received a call nor anybody came home for repair. I am calling complaint number 26720999 every day twice.. the answer is 'you already have a complaint.. so wait maadi'.. I had to call around 6-7 different numbersto get a number of JE (Sudarshan) 20124102. But his number is always not reachable. I require internet at home to do my lefgt over office work. But these BSNL guys do not understand ABCD of Customer service
I am not sure if I have to go there and give some Rs.100 to them and get the work done.
This is totally disgusting.
