I'm a landline subscriber of BSNL, Kadugodi. My telephone is being dead almost every alternative or even same day for last 3 months. I'm tired of complaining about the same by different modes like online, IVR.
Every time I ask BSNL staff why it's going dead every day when they call and enquires whether it's working fine, they responds back saying "IS IT WORKING NOW THAT'S ENOUGH".
I have a question to responsible BSNL personnel, "Am I getting this service free of cost? "
