Disorder and Line disturbance

My complaint agents BSNL (Durgapur, Burdwan, WB). My Landline Number is 0343-2583868. Every day I have been getting Line disturbance. I had launched the complaint regarding the same. But they never bother to come to see the Telephone line. They only give me phone support. I need a Technician to solve this problem. Please do the needful.
