Incorrect billing

Dear sir/madam

I have plan of bsnl broadband home 500c, according to this plan i have get 1.5 GB downloading/uploading free and 175 all India minutes free, i got this plan from date 15 Oct. for 4 months (Oct, Nov, DEC, Jan), it work fine, and bill must be near 750/850 approximate, but in February my bill suddenly increases to 6226/ Rs which is much higher than last 4 month.for this regard i ask to bsnl office Rajnagar, ghaziabad, they told me that it is excessive use of last four month bill .they send this excessive bill without further information, they told me that their database error for this bill which being correct after 4 month, how it possible that their database work now correctly, i have not much use in February and i have bill receipt in which their is no mention of remaining bill in that time, how i can believe on them, they send me correct bill, how afford this money i am a student, i have no money to pay to for this, they never told me about this information, how such possible such extra use, i am a middle class student who can't afford this huge bill, please help me.if they told me such huge bill i can manage already, i can take unlimited home 750 plus plan by which no extra bill get by fixed charges, by this bill i get ruined,
