Broadband Plan Change

Respected/Sir,

I am a broadband user of BSNL - DATAONE. So many time I have complained to change my broadband plan. But they don't do so. They are not giving the reasons for not changing my plan although it is written in their site's FAQ.

They have told me that they have changed my plan on 8th April, but our area's commercial officer - Mr. Raval (phone no.: 91-079-22801500) says that they haven't and it will be on effect from 1st May. I have read the FAQs of BSNL Broadband. I have seen in it there a question "

Can I change from one Broadband data rate to another?

Yes, You can change your BSNL Broadband plan at any time.

and the answer was that.

So please can you help me change my plan and recover from the expenses that I will have to pay if my plan is not changed?
