This is to bring to your notice that my BSNL landline (25612431) is not functioning properly for the past 6 to 8 months. I have lodged a complain many a times but did not get any response. Usually there is no dial tone for a few months n then if there is it doesn't keep functioning for more than a fortnight n that also with a lot of disturbance.
I have been using this landline for more than 20 years n so do not want to get it disconnected. Kindly look into the matter as i have been paying the bills regularly.
