I had a phone number at sanjay Nagar Exchange in Bangalore. (XX410755), I submitted the application for transfer on 23 Feb to shift it to HSR Layout (XX725022) i got the telephone connection after 2 months. I am calling for the broadband connection. either the concerned person do not pick up the call or just say i will check. Today concerned person picked up the call and said the username creation is not done. It is already 2.5 months for the transfer.

Initially the BSNL told me that i dont have to submit the instrument. Later on when i went to commercial office they told I have to submit the instrument thats why the delay. When the other people came for installation they told me that i should not submit the instument. I dont know what is going on.

I paid one month rent for nothing as the application itself was not considered.

now too I think the broadband guys are not able to respond to the query. I have called up at least 25 time out of which the concerned people picked up the call 10 time and told they will check and come back.

Can you give me some complaint number where i can go or call to resolve this issue.
