Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am using BSNL number 9421747547 from last 2.5 year in mumbai using Dolphin network successfully.
The sim is issued in the name of my brother Umesh Raut by BSNL.
But from the last 15 days I am getting "No network access" message while i select Dolphin network.
I have registerd my complaint twoice to BSNL customer care and called them altmost 5 to 7 times.
Each time they told me that they will solve the problem within 24 hour but the problem still persists.
the complaint numbers are 3006115 and 3027578.
Please do the needful urgently.
I am so furstait by the customer care support.
