we have sent a complaint letter to bsnl chennai telephone office of devraj mudly exchange..

the concern person J, E.Mallika Arjun who has assured me to replace the telephone instrument the same day.By sending their line men, but not yet been changed the faulty instrument. So i request you to forward the complaint to the concern head of the telephone department as soon as possible.
