Subject: Harrassment of bsnl mobile user even after payment of bill

Sir

It is a matter of great regret that the bsnl has barred my outgoing calls inspite of the fact that i have only 542/- as oustanding for the payment of which the due date was on 30-04. I also would like to bring to your notice that i have paid my previous bill (rs 979/-) on 09-04. But still the same amount is included in the current bill which was delivered to me on 21-04. It seems there exists a lack of coordination among the people who collect the bill and the people who does the billing. In this connection i also would like to bring to your notice that the bsnl mobile users in dhubri assam do not get their bill on time.mostly they get their bill after the due date of payment of the same. It has been going on for months and this is due to late despatch by the bsnl officials in bongaigaon. consequently the consumers have to pay an extra fee of rs 20/-for every month. In this connection I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action for restoring my outgoing call facility.
