I have recharged my BSNL prepaid mobile no. 9460725870 on 24 May 09. The recharge was done for Rs. 110 through online facility provided by BSNL. After recharge, 110/- deducted from my account but the phone was recharged for Rs. 30/- only, instead of Rs. 100/-.
