Sir,

I am facing Broad Band Connection error since last six months regularly. I am not able to use the internet facility continuesly and not even getting connected on some days. There is no proper guidence available from the Balussery Exchange. The main issue nowadays is

1) DSL is not blinking

2) My modem is not configured from exchange

3) My LAN Cable has some complaint

I humbly request you to do the needful at the earliest.
