SIR, /MADAM,

MY TELEPHONE NO. IS 0522-2258859. I HAVE A LANDLINE CONNECTION AND SINCE 2005 I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY TELEPHONE BILL AT MY RESIDENCE. WITHOUT SENDING A PERSON AT TELEPHONE EXCHANGE FOR COLLECTING AND DEPOSITING DUPLICATE BILL AT LUCKNOW TELEPHONE EXCHANGE BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED (UP EAST CIRCLE) IS UNABLE TO ENSURE THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF TELEPHONE BILLS TO THE CONSUMER, ONLY THEY GIVE THE EXPLANATION THAT WE ARE PAYING RS.5/= PER BILL FOR DELIVERY TO THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT AND IF THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING THE BILL TO YOU THEN WHAT TO DO?

NOW I WOULD SAY THAT THIS IS YOUR INTERNAL FAULT & BEING AT THE CONSUMER END oUR COMPLAINT SHOULD BE REGISTERED BUT INSTEAD WE ARE LEAD TO THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT FOR ENQUIRY...

THE TELEPHONE DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE THE BILLS AT THE CONNECTION ADDRESS. SO WHY ARE WE TOSSED BETWEEN THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT & THE TELEPHONE DEPARTMENT...
