Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to being to the notice the patetic customer service of BSNL. Though the new government is talking about disinvestment in BSNL i guess it should sell all its stake to a provate company so that they are managed better.
I am having issues with my broadband connection for the telphone muber 23655272 which comes within the Kavalbyrsandra exchange.. I looged a complaint with the BSNL customer services and a line man came to the house and said that he only handles telephone issues though when logging the call i had chosen the BROADBAND issue. He said we should call the number 08023434466 to olodge a complaint. First it takes ages to get someone to lift the phone and even if they lift they say that i should talk to the JTO and she never seems to be there on her seat irrespective of who picks it up.
Please register this and publish this complain so that the people and the BSNL management is aware of their state and customer service.
