I have a bsnl landline connection number 0494 2603062 which has not been working for the past six month. the temperory connection they have made is not working also, I have been to the telephone exchange more than ten times still theres no connection. My phone is still dead. I hope to get my connection working as soon as possible with this complaint letter.
