I am a regular user of bsnl and i have a post paid connection. only 02 months before i had take the gprs facility also. but in my residence the gprs is not getting. my place is Polo (demsiniong) near Laitumkhrah, Shillong, meghalaya. But when i have open it in any other place the situation is ok. it means the problem is only within my network area. so you are requested to please upgrade the gprs throgh the nearest bsnl tower. I have also visited the bsnl office near barak, shillong for lodging a complaint. But nobody is answered my queries.
