"MSG TO ALL PLEASE DONT USE ONLINE PAYMENT OF BSNL".
I used online payment option from BSNL portal for my prepaid Re-charge (validity) on 6th of June for Rs 552/-, the same was deducted from my ICICI account for which i had the transaction no.
I did not receive any update msg till date its been more than 4 days, i had lodged complaint in BSNL customer care complaint no KT0806099448,
There is no response from BSNL neither from the customer care.
If this is the way of their business why do they provide online payment system? My validity has expired I am unable to make a call who is responsible for the act.
Sad part is we are not aware to whom we need to contact in such case
