My Telephone No. 27670013 is dead since 1 week my complaint no is ME47597 & ME47772, the bsnl people have turned up on 8/06/09 and said the wire has to be replaced and i have procure it.
Do i have to go market taking leave from my workplace for procuring the wire?
is it not possible for the BSNL to replace the wire and charge me in the bi-mnthly bill?
Ihave even spoke to your toll free numbers and they gave the numbers of JTO and Area Manager but the nos are either engaged or if connected no one is answering,
please help me in restoring the connection.
