I am DR. Malini Eapen - my telephone number is 0484 2663460 - its been a week since i complained about my broad band service. the modem was not working. i was made to call the local exchange, 1500, 12678 etc to register the complaint. 12678 never works as in its constantly engaged from 9 am to 7 pm and after that there is no response.
they gave me other numbers 0484 2377879 / 2375500 . both these numbers no one picks up.
so it is status quo and the broad band is not working and i am paying 1500 rs per month for the same.
its affecting my work really bad.
