For the telephone number # 0141 - 2651159, I got BSNL broadband net connection on 24th October. I applied for 750 Home Unlimited plan, according to which i was entitaled for unlimited uses for freeper month. The first bill was paid by me on time. But for second month BSNL billed me Rs/- 14, 402. I found this amount too much according to my plan so I submit the application for the revised bill. I registered my complain on BSNL customer care as well.
Without solving the problem BSNL again sent me the Bill of Rs/- 4745. And then BSNL cut down my outgoing, incoming and internet sevices. and on date BSNL claims that I've used Rs/- 26, 000 INR that is impossible with the plan i've applied.
I need a solution for the same.
