I have applied for new connection of landline phone about 3 weeks ago. And initially they told that it will be supplied within 1 week. But now it is to have 3 weeks then also I have not got the connection of phone. My phone no is 27561334 (sbb 51399). I have reported for this at bsnl office above swati autolink, near gandhi ashram, but their's operator Mr. solanki has responses me very badly. So what can I do!
