BSNL land line does not work since long back

Hello,

I am BSNL land line customer since last 20 Years, but my landline is out service most of the time. I am paying BSNL rent without any use. We have complaint about this also. Line man come and make it working also. Now after 2-3 days again my phone is dead. I am totally dissatisfied with BSNL service.
