Efund not received -reg

Sub: Refund not received even after six months of surrendering the connection

We had BSNL connection for the past 4 years. Recently we have shifted our house to new address where there was no BSNL connection. Hence we had surrendered our telephone connection by 21st April. But so far, we have not received our refund amount.

Initially BSNL staff said it will take 3 months. After 3 months when we enquired, they said there is some problem and it will take another month.. Means that our connection was surrendered nil balance. Still we have not received any information and refund amount.

Recently Ambattur staff said that, they lost the papers which we gave at the time of surrender. We have been wandering between ambattur office and anna nagar office for this purpose. Even I have raised number of compliants in BSNL site regarding this but no response.

As a last option, I am writing this grievance mail behalf of my parents as they are old and cannot come out frequently from home.
