Delay in Broad band Plan Change

Sir

I am a Bsnl broad band customer since 2 months. And my plan was Home 125 plan. Since my usage is increased, i applied to change the broad band plan to 250 plan. I applied on June 10 th. And they replied that it will be chnaged from the next month onwards. But when i checked my plan, it remains the same and it is not changed.

Please take sudden action, it will be more helpful to me.
