I am a bsnl broadband customer for almost 1 year now. Recently i opted for a plan change (from HOME plan to 500C.)for this i had applied three months ago. since then they have not sent me any letter confirming that my plan has been changed.again they have not sent me any bill since then.now when i made an query why my bill is not coming i found out that they had changed my plan 2 months ago without letting me know that and they have made a bill based on that plan (although bill was improvised, not the official one) now i am completely dazed ..
