I am totally fed up with this service provider that claims itself to be one of nationwide repute. I own a BSNL Broadband connection with Home Plan 500 but not a single day did I receive a flawless service from them. Either there are connection problems (Error: 678, 691, 718 or otherwise) or certain webpages can't be opened (the most frequent ones being www.data.bsnl.in and http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ to check the usage) or there are discrepancies in billing amount (I myself having sufferred thrice on this ground). At times even some usage records are missing in the usage portal leading to underestimation of the monthly usage which you only get to know at the time of receiving the monthly bill. The list does not end here. Even their customer care services are equally praiseworthy. Hardly can you speak to a customer officer in times of need or lodge a complaint against faulty telephone or erring broadband connection. The message you get to hear repeatedly is: Please hold on. Almost the entire day will pass with you holding on but the response from the other side will not materialize on any account. This is the kind of service rendered by this leading service provider. Kudos to it!!!
