I am the BSNL customer for the last 25 years and was using BSNL Landline. Last year I have shifted my new house to Ayyappa Nagar, K R Puram. From the time I shifted the house, the BSNL officials are telling that they will not be able to provide the Landline facility to my house and they provided the WLL (080 - 22706148). I am looking for BSNL Landline mainly for Broadband purpose.
Except BNSL, I am not happy with any other Landline service provideder. Being a valued customer for BSNL for 25 years, I desperately need the BSNL Landline.
I request the Authorities to do the needful as soon as possible.
