Network problem

Though a tower in balaji nagar, kukatpally, hyderabad is not working for past 7 days and repeated complaints to customer care, the result is nil.

if there is no signal then whats the use of using that network.

I am vexed at complaining this at various levels of their customer centers.

Hope the problem solve soon atleast for other poor customers of the worst network of India, BSNL
