BSNL is pretty agressive when it comes to advertising their broadbands n other services. Be careful, do not fall in this false trap because they only know how to advertise and sell products, they do not undertand or even aware of customer services concept. God! help you if they disconnect your services. Once our phone was internet was out of order for more than a month... after much persuasion managed to get it fixed.. but here we go again
BSNL people disconnected my phone and internet AGAIN. Reason- I am still trying to figure out? My bills are all paid. So far I have called 7 times at 0120-2451000 to register my complaint. Every time I get the same answer, your phone and internet will be fixed today and this is going on since Friday (31/07)..I know so far it's just 7 calls and 3 working days..I just trying to prevant these 7 calls to 50 and 3 days to 30 days or years.
Can I get some help here??
