Since past 2-3 months I have been receiving unwanted "Service Messages" (SMS) from BSNL and other marketing messages (download so and so songs etc.).
It takes efforts and time to keep that deleting again and again. I "managed" to talk with Customer Service (on 9414024365) after about 10 attempts on various days.
First he pretended not to have understood my problem. Finally he said that stopping those SMS's are not in his jurisdiction. He was also unable to explain how to tackle this situation.
What do do. Is BSNL listening...
