I was having a broad band connection with BSNL.My telephone no. was 25954811.I had taken this connection with the yearly payment option but before the begening of the next year I wrote a letter telling that I would like to opt for monthly payment option. To my surprise, I found that my continued to be as per my earlier option. I wrote a letter to rectify the bill but with no efeect it continued sending the bill, subsequentlt the line was discinnected but for more than a year the bill continued to come though I had pointed the problem once again. Now the bill for the next billing year has also come.
I would like to get rid of this poor service, BSNL should get the modem and handset back, I am ready to pay the bill for the period I got the service and settle my a/c.
