Sub: No recharge amount added in my mobile (919428806703) after payment of Rs. 562.00-regarding
Respected Sir,
I made a payment through online ICICI bank for Prepaid Mobile Recharge (Mobile No. 91942880703) on dated 17/08/09 of Rs. 562.00. (Rupees Five hundred sixty two only) I got the money transfer receipt number (BIL/000116058537)
But regret to inform that my mobile do not get any recharge amount against my payment paid by me through ICICI bank (Money already deducted from my account.)
Kindly do needful in my favor I try a lot to contact BSNL customer care but unable to find any help.
Please look in the matter as soon as possible.
