Dear Sir,
My landline no. is 079-25894653 and from last 1 n half year my phone is not workingproperly, in every 15 days my landline no goes off. was working then again it got disconnected. I have complaint many times but i have not received any response of your side. Everytime i was told by your technicians that we will look after the matter. I am really fed up of this problem.
AND THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY OUR LINE MAN IS NOT SETISFECTORY. HE IS NEW ONE .THE OLD ONE WAS REGULARE WE WANT HIM.
THIS IS NOT MY ALONE PROBLEM OUR WHOLE SOCIETY IS FACEING THIS PROBLEM SCIENCE MANY TIMES.SOME HAVE PHONE DADLINE SCIENCE 2-3 MONTHS.
I request you to pls look after this problem seriously or pls disconnect my services after letting me know and give my deposit back. I am really not satisfied with your services.
