I have placed a request for a new land line connection on 8th of August with all the required documents and initial deposit of Rs. 500/-. I was assured to get a new connection within a week.
But till date there is no connection till date.
When contacted I was told various reasons everyday. Sometime they tell that it is not feasible. Sometime they tell they are sending people immediately. They have also told that they dont have wires!! One person also told me that they are waiting for BBMPs approval.
i dont understand the issue they tell me. In my building already there are 3 BSNL landline connections present then why it is not feasible for another connection.
These public sector companies have to change with time else they will slowly extinct! They are no where compared to service with the private companies.
