Dear Sir/Madam,

The worst broadband connection anyone could have is BSNL broadband connection due to the following reasons:

1. NO proper Customer Treatment.

2. Not cared about any complaints.

3. Most of the days Internet not working but money will be deducted on the exact date.

4. For some days, most of the sites not connecting, we get the error message "Server Not Found".

5.Most of the Days telephone line not working.

Expanding the Customer Base is not a great achievement, Retaining the Customers is most important for any organisation.

Therefore I request you to kindly take necessary action againt this at the earliest to retain the customers of BSNL or they will through this off and move on to private players.
