Before one month or so we were the proud owner's of BSNL services. We are having our landline number 079 - 26608535. We have also taken the Broadband services of BSNL.
One fine day our landline stopped working which we came to know when OUR Broadband was not working. Actully, the broadband never worked well for which we are paying 750 Rs. a month. Then we did a complain from our mobile. As informed by the officer, it was supposed to be resolved in one day. And we had a faith on them, but that one day never came although after that 30 more oneday's gone. We made a written complain, but all in vein.
Today, it has started after one month and five days. today, I am thinking of closing my landline and broadband for which i paid useless 750 per month and still paying. I always feel Old is Gold and, had a trust on government bodies.
But in last one month I felt as I did a crime by having BSNL line and their broadband services. Should I switch over to private companies for better services? At this BSNL office, the scenerio is just like of the serial OFFICE OFFICE, where PANKAJ KAPOOR ( the innocent common man ) has to just come again and again and the problem does not get resolved.
